Privacy

What we collect

• Your login: email address and a password. Your password is handled by our login provider and is stored scrambled; the track cannot read it.
• Rider details: rider number, first and last name, email, phone number, and the date a rider enrolled.
• Activity: practice and race sign-ups, training seats, and payments recorded (what for, amount, how it was paid, and the date).
• Rider photo and bike: a photo of each rider (required, so staff can recognize riders at the gate) and the bike brand.
• Waivers: each year's signed release and waiver: the rider's date of birth and address, the signer's name, relationship, phone, email and drawn signature, and when it was signed. Signed waivers can't be changed and are kept as part of the track's records.
• Swag orders: your name, email and phone (so we can hand you your order), what you bought, and when you picked it up. You don't need an account to buy.

Who can see it

• You can see your own account and your family's riders.
• Track staff can see members, sign-ups and payments so they can run practices, races and renewals.
• The public Leaderboard and Series points show rider number, first name, last initial, bike and race results. A rider's photo shows there only if you choose "show on the public boards"; otherwise only you and staff see it.
• We do not sell your information.

Riders under 18

Accounts are for parents or guardians to manage their children's riders. Please do not create an account for a child without a parent or guardian's permission.

Payments

You pay with cash at the gate, or by sending money with Cash App or Venmo. Those payments happen inside those apps, under their own privacy policies; this site never sees your bank or card details. Staff record each payment as an entry (amount, method and date).

Services we use

This site runs on Cloudflare (hosting and video) and Supabase (database and login). Cash App and Venmo handle payments sent through them. Receipt emails, if turned on, are sent through Resend. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your browser

Your browser keeps your login session so you stay signed in, and, if you click "Remember me", your email address on the login page. You can clear this in your browser settings.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep rider and payment records while you are a member and as needed for the track's accounting. To see, fix or delete your information, contact us below. Some payment records may need to be kept for tax and bookkeeping.
