Refunds and cancellations
What happens to what you've paid when plans change, on our side or yours.
Memberships
- Memberships ($10 per rider) cover the calendar year and are not refundable.
Open practice
- If we close for weather or track conditions on a day you paid for, you can have a refund or move the fee to another practice day.
- Can't make it? Tell us before the day starts and we'll move your fee to another practice day. Fees for no-shows aren't refunded.
Races
- If we cancel or postpone a race, you can have a refund of your entry fee or a credit toward another race.
- If you withdraw before race day, your entry fee becomes a credit toward another race. Entries are not refunded on race day.
Training clinics
- Cancel at least 48 hours before the clinic for a refund or credit. Later cancellations aren't refunded unless we can fill your seat.
- If we cancel a clinic, you get a full refund.
Swag
- All swag sales are final. No exchanges or returns, so please check sizes before you buy.
- Paid orders not picked up within 60 days may be refunded and the items put back for sale.
Safety
- Riders asked to stop for the day for breaking track rules are not refunded.
How refunds are paid
- Ask at the gate or contact us. Cash App and Venmo payments are refunded through the same app. Cash is refunded in cash at the gate.
